Derriford Hospital is one of the largest NHS hospitals in Southwest England. In 2001, Nightingale Associates were approached to design a new £30m+ extension with new essential high-end healthcare facilities.
Working at the large practice at the time, the Principal Architect of DS Squared Architects played an essential role in the in the delivery at this project. Alongside a very small team, Dipesh was responsible for providing construction documents for the whole scheme which included reconfiguring all of the initial internal layouts. This mammoth task was accomplished in the short span of six months.
