DS Squared Architect worked alongside the developer to design this stunning development. The brief consisted of demolishing two semi-detached homes to give way to a new build flatted development. Here, we aimed to generate a design that would guarantee the best return on investment for the client. This resulted in a scheme consisting of four high-end three-bedroom flats and an additional penthouse studio.
DS Squared Architects were brought on this development following grant for planning permission. We prepared a full detailed design of this scheme, paying close attention to Lifetime Homes requirements and sustainable methods, achieving a Code 4 Standard.
